Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate: Golborne, WA3 3JD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)

• Assist with Commercial administration on live projects and with Subcontract enquiries at Tender stage.
• Set up Job Numbers for new projects
• Help prepare Bills of Quantities and Schedule of Rates.
• Assist with Prestart meetings.
• Pro-actively working with Construction Workerager with site information and supporting commercially to individual projects.
• Assist and oversee daily site record sheets.
• Assist with administration of Early Warning processes.
• Work with project teams to measure levels of works done on a monthly basis to assist in Application for Payments.
• Preparation and administration of monthly application for payments.
• Logging and reporting Applied and Certified Application Payments, and issues reported to management.
• Update Application for Payment Tracker.
• Input application payments onto sales ledger spreadsheet.
• Assist in the application of retention release.
• Be able to work clearly and accurately under tight timescales.

• Must be proficient in Excel with good commercial awareness.
• Experience in commercial (min 3 years).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Trustworthy/ Honesty and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
